Hello, my name is Achva.
I am an engineer and a toy inventor, as well the owner of LAEM entrepreneurship and product development. I specialize in developing games and unique promotional products for large companies.
So what is a "toy engineer"?
I am a mechanical engineer who has been engaged in the development and invention of games and toys for large companies around the world for the past twenty years.
In 2006, after many years in the development department of Creative Toys-Orda Industries, a company that produces creative games, I decided to "stay at home" and set up an independent company of my own – LAEM.
The company is involved in the development and invention of games, providing consultation to toy companies, developing and manufacturing unique sales promotional products for large companies, and developing and manufacturing baby products.
We specialize in developing sales promotional content-rich products for children and adults, games and special solutions which have both content and quality and are suitable for large companies and organizations.
Our many years of experience have made us experts in adapting content to a particular product, and we have the necessary tools to connect the right product with the exact content for the right customer
I am also the mother of Matan, Lihi and Erel and married to Yaakov. Inspiration from home is an integral part of my work and experience accumulated over the years.
